Are the website prices final?
No. They are starting guides. The written quote reflects the exact pieces, complexity, materials, size, and shipping destination.
What references should I send?
Send clear front, side, and detail views when possible. Include species, colors, markings, expression, proportions, and any features that must or must not appear.
Can I request only paws or a tail?
Yes. Single-piece and combined commissions are both welcome. If the quote form asks for a package, select the closest option and state the exact pieces in the project details.
How long does a custom build take?
A typical target is approximately 6-10 weeks after deposit and final design confirmation. Complex builds and material sourcing can take longer; the estimate in your written quote is the one to follow.
Will the final piece match my reference exactly?
We build toward the confirmed references, but handmade construction, material texture, screen color, and wearable structure can create reasonable differences. Exact photographic replication is not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Tracked shipping is quoted by destination and package size. Import duties, VAT, and local customs charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
